Terms of use
Last updated : July 9, 2026
This document is provided for guidance only and must be reviewed and completed by a legal professional before going live.
Purpose
These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Friendly Aigency website and of the client area ("Client Area") made available to anyone who has subscribed to one or more Employés IA. Connecting to the site or the Client Area constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Access to the site and the Client Area
The showcase site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Access to the Client Area is reserved for clients with an active subscription, under the conditions set out in the terms of sale.
Client account
The Client Area is created automatically once payment is confirmed via Stripe, and is accessed through a sign-in link sent to the email address used at checkout — no password to remember. The client agrees to provide accurate information when configuring their Employé(s) IA (company name, notification channels, automated message content, etc.) and to keep it up to date. The client is solely responsible for the content they configure, including messages sent on their behalf to their own customers.
How an Employé IA works
An Employé IA is a technical automation run on the client's behalf, built from the information provided in the configuration questionnaire. It goes live only after review by the Friendly Aigency team, under the conditions set out in the terms of sale. The client acknowledges that their Employé IA's operation depends on third-party services (messaging, notifications, spreadsheets, etc.) whose availability Friendly Aigency does not guarantee.
Permitted use
The user agrees to use the site and the Client Area in accordance with their intended purpose, not to interfere with their proper functioning, not to attempt to access data that does not belong to them, and not to use an Employé IA for any illegal, fraudulent purpose or in breach of these Terms — including sending unlawful, misleading or unsolicited content through the notification or auto-reply features.
Availability
Friendly Aigency uses reasonable efforts to keep the site and the Client Area accessible, without guaranteeing continuous availability. The site and the Client Area may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
Intellectual property
All content, workflows, interfaces and technical components of the site and Client Area are the property of Friendly Aigency or its partners and may not be reproduced, modified or used without prior authorization. The client retains full ownership of the data and content they provide when configuring their Employés IA.
Suspension and termination of access
Friendly Aigency may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Client Area in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or cancellation of the subscription under the conditions set out in the terms of sale.
Changes to these Terms
Friendly Aigency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material change.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law.
